Step 1
Click the sprocket, then in the drop down menu click "Revert to Blogger profile".
Step 2
Click the scary orange "Switch to a limited Blogger profile". You don't have to stay a limited blogger for long... so it isn't as scary as they are making it seem.
Step 3
Click the orange "Continue to Blogger" button. This will bring you back to your homepage.
Step 4
In the top right corner click on your photo (or the silhoutte if your blogger profile is photoless) and then click the "blogger profile" link.
Step 5
Click the orange "Edit Profile" button.
Step 6
Make sure the box next to "Show my email address" is checked. Go save. Return to your blogger dashboard. Click on the sprocket that started it all. And click "Connect to Google+".. it will take you through a few steps to get you back to your Google+ account.

totally agree with you on this! When I was first blogging I honestly had NO idea how to fix this or that I was a "no reply" but someone posted about this a while ago and then I realized how dumb I was ;)

Ack! Glad you posted this, because I always worried whether people got my replies to their comments they left on my blog and if it was something I was personally doing wrong, or what. I also think I have the annoying captcha thing turned off, because I hate it, too, so if I don't...please, tell me! Thanks for writing this, girlfraaand.

I know this is an old post, but I DO have that check box checked and I still come up as a noreply-comment@blogger. Goofy. And my blogger account is not linked to Google+. And it happens even if I use the OpenID option as well.
