Daddy's girl.

He didn't tell me how to live; he lived, and let me watch him do it.

I've decided, if nothing else, everyday I am going to post a
picture and a quote that I like.

Starting today.

Family after Miss Idaho.

Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.

These girls are like my little sisters. They are so adorable and asked me to take their pictures one day! Here are a few, hopefully I can get some more to post up when they are all uploaded.

Well. Life has been REALLY busy. I am just going to list all the things I have been doing with short descriptions and then I will update major things as time permits.

Finals for BYU Winter semester: Blah... thats all I have to say. Yuck. I didn't do that great, and I have a lot to figure out. Actually, I don't need to figure things out because I did really good in my major classes, so I know that I picked the right major for me.

Promoting my platform: I was able to schedule appointments at schools to go promote my Redefine Service platform. I did a total of 5 assemblies and it was AMAZING. There was such a wonderful response from everyone - faculty and students. Faculty came up to me after every presentation and said they appreciated my message and they enjoyed my presentation. Students came up to tell me how they were going to work to Redefine Service, and some have been emailing me since then. Amazing. More details to come.

Being Miss Central Idaho: Has been CRAZY!!! Lots of work with getting pictures, getting wardrobe, practicing talent, working out, and then doing random appearances. My favorite appearance was probably Western Days parade.

EFY: There is so much to say about EFY... I LOVE IT. I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE IT. Every second. I have only done one week. I have three more coming for sure and possibly more if they need me! The first week was the best one I could have started with. I am extremely excited for the next weeks but my first group was AMAZING!

Miss Idaho: I didn't place and I didn't win. But I loved it. Really, I learned a lot about myself and what I want to do and who I want to be. I made some amazing friends. It was an eventful week and I am so happy I made it to that point.

In between all those things I had some REALLY great times. Most involving Sarah Bevan.. like our 10 year anniversary of N'Sync, a party at her house, a party at my house, going to church, spending time together. I am getting excited for Fall 09. Also, there has been lots of good times with Mallory! She is great, and we have the best times together. We have become permanent fixtures at Lafayette... hopefully those boys do not mind. It has been weird not seeing her for TWO weeks. I am trying to think of all the random things to fill in the blanks, but so much has been going on that I can't remember everything. Work is good, Provo is fun, Twin Falls is a great place, love my friends, and love my family!
