Fashionably Modest Link-up: Plaid

Over the weekend Adam and I took family photos and went to the Bloggers Give Back Event. This outfit is a combination of our Saturday morning, with the clothes from family photos and the jewels from Bloggers Give Back. Throw in the awesome wall, which was discovered compliments of Kelsey Bang, and we have a winning shoot. One of my favorite styles is what I like to call a pop-of color. Pairing all my blacks and greys together for a laid back, casual look with some bright jewelry and any outfit has some flair!

I love this outfits for one million reasons. Mostly because the color scheme is flattering. But also because I can dress it up to go out with some heels, I can keep it casual for errands with some boots, and I can turn into a lounging outfit with some flats or slippers. But let's get onto this week's trend. Plaids! I have been seeing plaids everywhere. In fact, this weekend, I took pictures of a fashion blogger that will be featuring plaid soon. Which tells me... I need to get a plaid something soon!
